Fall Folkstyle Training
Take your wrestling to the next level this fall with Kingdom Wrestling's high school training program. This season is designed for experienced wrestlers looking to sharpen their technique, improve their conditioning, and prepare for the upcoming folkstyle season in a competitive training environment.

September 8 through November 12
Tuesday & Thursday
*Note the last two weeks Farmington Youth will have the room Tuesdays and Thursdays so our last practices will be Wednesday the 4th and 11th*

Early Bird Pricing (Register by September 1)
- 1 Day Per Week: $200
- 2 Days Per Week: $300
After September 1
- 1 Day Per Week: $250
- 2 Days Per Week: $350

Our fall season focuses on preparing athletes for the folkstyle season through:
- High-level technical instruction
- Live wrestling and situational training
- Match strategy
- Conditioning specific to wrestling
- Mental preparation and confidence building
Kingdom Gear Available During Registration
Rep Kingdom on and off the mat. All merch is available as add-ons when you register. If you do not add it with registration you can still email the coaches by the cut off day to get your gear.

Frequently Asked Questions
Q. Can I still sign up if the season has already started?
A. Yes. Even if the season is already underway, you are welcome to text or email Coach Brandon to receive a discount code that reflects the remaining practices.
Q. If my child is in 6th grade but is fairly skilled, can I sign them up for the 7th–12th practice?
A. We have allowed this in the past, but we ask that you reach out to either Coach Brandon or Coach Jordan before doing so.
Q. Is there a pay-per-practice option for those who cannot commit to attending all practices?
A. Yes. We offer a drop-in option for $30 per practice. Please fill out the seasonal drop-in form under Resources and pay via Venmo before practice begins. Failure to pay may result in additional charges or loss of drop-in privileges.
