Refund & Credit Policy

At Kingdom Wrestling, we believe in commitment, growth, and finishing what we start. We also understand that circumstances can change. While we do not offer cash refunds, we aim to handle legitimate situations with fairness and integrity.

Credit Details

• No cash refunds will be issued.

• In the event of an approved request, registrants are eligible for a credit equal to 75% of the remaining season’s cost.

• For example, if $100 remains in the season, a $75 credit will be issued.

• Credits may be applied toward future Kingdom Wrestling program registrations.

Credit Eligibility

Season credits are reserved for athletes who are unable to complete the season due to circumstances beyond their control.

Credits will be considered for:

• Documented injury preventing participation

• Medical restriction requiring withdrawal

• Family relocation

• Significant extenuating circumstances reviewed and approved by Kingdom Wrestling leadership

Choosing to end participation early, loss of interest, schedule conflicts, or deciding to be finished with the season does not qualify for a credit.

Enrollment in a Kingdom Wrestling season represents a commitment to the full training cycle.

All credit requests must be submitted in writing and are subject to review.
