Freestyle Practice Time Change

Attention Kingdom Wrestlers!

We wanted to inform you about an update to our practice schedule. Starting this week, practice times for different age groups have been adjusted to provide a better training experience:

 • K-6th graders: Practice will be held from 6:15 PM to 7:30 PM.

 • 7th-12th graders: Practice will be held from 7:30 PM to 9:00 PM.

These new timings aim to ensure that each age group gets focused and effective training sessions. We appreciate your flexibility and dedication to improving your skills.
